You bring your experiences and your goals; together we can gently explore what might be holding you back and uncover what will genuinely support you moving forward. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is shaped around you - your needs, your pace, and what feels most important right now. We focus on creating realistic, supportive steps that help you feel more in control, more grounded, and more like yourself again
