Hi, I'm
Hannah
I'm a wellbeing and personal development coach specialising in anxiety, ADHD and grief - helping people navigate life's most challenging moments with compassion and practical support.
I know what it feels like to be stuck in a cycle of overwhelm, to feel like your brain works differently from everyone else's, and to carry grief that no one quite understands. My own experiences with these challenges are what led me to this work. I was diagnosed with combination type ADHD in 2024 after struggling for years, so I believe everyone deserves someone in their corner who truly gets it.
My approach is warm, gentle, and grounded in evidence-based techniques. I blend coaching with mindfulness and wellbeing practices to help you develop strategies that work for your unique brain and circumstances. There's no judgment here - just a safe space where you can breathe, be heard, and begin to heal.
